This rehearsal tutu is constructed from high quality white spandex and 9 layers of stiff tutu net, making it durable and ready to wear. Despite a few flaws in the spandex (pictured), this item is offered at a discounted rate without impacting functionality or appearance. Please note that this tutu does not come with a hoop, but one can be added for an additional fee. Measuring 14 inches in length, this tutu fits waist sizes 25" to 28" and hip sizes 34" to 37".
